Through her research positions at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Rice University, she has seen firsthand the significant wastage of lab reagents and equipment. Mika co-founded Labshare—a platform that enables scientists to share surplus reagents and unused lab supplies across institutions—to solve this issue.
